The Korean card is a prepaid virtual card for merchants that bill in Korean won. It is aimed at people paying Korean online stores, booking travel in Korea, or buying from Korean sellers that accept card payments.
Korea has an unusual checkout landscape: many domestic sites ask for identity verification linked to a Korean mobile number. A card alone does not solve that, so the card is most useful with merchants that accept foreign customers.

Where the merchant accepts prepaid cards and does not require local identity checks:
If a Korean site asks for mobile identity verification, the card cannot complete that step. Never try to use someone else's identity to pass it.
For yen or Taiwan dollars, compare the Japanese virtual card and the Taiwanese card; for dong, the Vietnamese card.
Good to know: this is a prepaid card, so you can only spend what is loaded and there is no credit line. Cards are issued by third-party issuing partners; Gpayvcc is not a bank. Whether a payment goes through depends on the merchant, the card network and the issuer's risk checks. Use the card only for lawful purchases and follow each merchant's terms.

Many Korean sites verify identity through a Korean mobile carrier. That step is separate from the card and may block buyers without a Korean number.
