How long does it take to get my card?
About five minutes after your crypto payment confirms on the network. Confirmation time depends on the coin and network you use, not on us.
What exactly do I receive?
Your card number, expiry date, CVV and the billing address to use at checkout. Everything arrives in one email to your registered address.
Do I need a bank account?
No. You sign up with an email address and pay with cryptocurrency.
What information do you need from me to sell me a card?
You provide an email address, name, and phone number when creating your account. We may also need additional information to meet applicable requirements and those of our issuing partners. If additional verification is required for your order, we will let you know.
Can I use it for a hotel or car rental deposit?
Yes. Our virtual credit cards can be used for hotel reservations and car rentals that require a security deposit or pre-authorization hold, provided the merchant accepts the card and the available balance is sufficient to cover the hold. This makes the card suitable for travel bookings where the merchant temporarily reserves funds rather than charging the final amount immediately.
Can I buy more than one card?
Yes. you can buy multiple cards from an account, no purchase limit.
What is the total price I pay?
The total price consists of the card value and the applicable one-time issue fee.
Are there monthly or inactivity fees?
No. There is no monthly fee and no inactivity fee.
Can I add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes, you can add the card to Apple Pay or Google pay.
What billing address should I use at checkout?
Use the billing address provided with your card details.
The billing address should match the information associated with the card. Entering a different address can cause a transaction to be declined.
My card was declined. What should I check first?
Check these three things first:
Available balance: Make sure the card has enough available balance for the transaction and any temporary authorization hold.
Billing address: Make sure you entered the billing address supplied with the card.
Merchant acceptance: Confirm that the merchant accepts prepaid cards and the card's network and issuing country.
If all three are correct and the transaction still fails, contact our support team with the merchant name, transaction amount, date, and any decline message you received.
Is Gpayvcc a bank?
No. Gpayvcc is not a bank. We are a white-label card issuing platform that sells and supports prepaid virtual cards issued through our card-issuing partners on the Visa and Mastercard networks.
