The Brazilian Reloadable Visa is a prepaid virtual Visa intended for payments in reais, which you can top up instead of buying a new card each time. It is aimed at people who make regular payments to Brazilian merchants that accept prepaid Visa.
In Brazil, instant bank transfers are very common, but many online stores and apps still take Visa cards. This card covers those card-payment cases.

Where the merchant accepts prepaid Visa:
Many Brazilian checkouts ask for a CPF (taxpayer number). The card cannot provide one, so merchants that require it may not sell to you. Follow each merchant's terms, and do not use the card to obtain prices reserved for Brazilian residents.
For a USD balance that you can top up, see the Virtual Visa Reloadable. Paying in Argentina too? The Argentine Peso Card covers pesos, and the Mastercard Reloadable Classic is a reloadable Mastercard alternative.
Please note: Gpayvcc sells and supports prepaid virtual cards issued by partner institutions; we are not a bank and do not offer credit. Some merchants refuse prepaid cards, and acceptance can change without notice. We may ask for verification or refuse service where the law or our partners require it.
Compare every card's value and issue fee on our pricing page. Questions about delivery, billing addresses or declines are answered in the Gpayvcc FAQ.
At merchants that do not ask for a CPF, yes. Where a CPF is required, the merchant may not be able to complete the order.
No. Pix is a bank-transfer system; this card is a prepaid Visa for card payments.
If the balance is held in reais, its dollar value moves with the exchange rate. The reais you can spend stay the same.
