It is not an OpenAI card and OpenAI does not endorse it. OpenAI sets where its paid plans are offered and which cards it accepts; you need to be in a supported country and follow its terms.

AI providers use payment-risk checks that may decline prepaid cards, and they can change their rules at any time. If the card is declined, the provider may require a bank-issued card; we cannot override that.
