The Turkish Debit Card is a prepaid virtual card with $120 of card value for routine lira payments, such as delivery orders and small online purchases from Turkish merchants that accept prepaid cards.
Despite the word "debit", it is not linked to a bank account in Türkiye. You load it once with crypto through Gpayvcc and spend that balance, the way you would spend a debit balance.

Where the merchant accepts prepaid cards, people use it for:
Refunds go back to the card, so do not discard the card details until any pending refund has arrived. Do not use a lira card to buy subscriptions or digital goods at Turkish regional prices unless you live in Türkiye and are eligible under the merchant's terms.
For a smaller starter balance, see the Lira Currency Card; for a named network, the Turkish Virtual Mastercard. Our Turkish virtual card guide compares them.
Good to know: this is a prepaid card, so you can only spend what is loaded and there is no credit line. Cards are issued by third-party issuing partners; Gpayvcc is not a bank. Whether a payment goes through depends on the merchant, the card network and the issuer's risk checks. Use the card only for lawful purchases and follow each merchant's terms.
Compare every card's value and issue fee on our pricing page. Questions about delivery, billing addresses or declines are answered in the Gpayvcc FAQ.
No. It is a prepaid virtual card funded from your Gpayvcc balance with crypto.
A bank debit card spends from a current account. This card spends a balance you load in advance; the result at checkout is similar, but there is no bank account behind it.
Merchant refunds are returned to the card balance. How long that takes depends on the merchant and the issuer.
